The website contains information in the form of text, pictures, graphics and other materials that are created by up Your Street for the purpose of entertainment and pleasure. Up Your Street cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies throughout the site.

Up Your Street provides the website and produces within on an 'as is' basis and, to the extent legally possible, without warranties, representations or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, and does not warrant that the functions of the products sold, and the material on the website will be uninterrupted, error or defect free. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights in relation to the provision of goods.

Nothing referenced or sold on the website or by Up Your Street is intended to provide medical diagnosis, medical care, or be considered a replacement for medical advice.

Liability and Health Disclaimer

Up Your Street cannot be held liable in any case for any damage or injury of any kind whatsoever as a result of using this website, or ordering and using products sold herein.

 All products sold on the website are intended for adults aged 18 years and older only. 

No descriptions or text on the website should be interpreted as directions of use for a product. It is your responsibility to use a product safely and within your capabilities. All products sold by Up Your Street are sold as novelty and/or display items. The buyer accepts all responsibility for what the product is used for. Up Your Street will not be held responsible for any situations which may occur from any product. 

Although each product goes through rigorous quality control, they are handmade and therefore will have minor imperfections. Colour will vary slightly with each product.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to care for products purchased from Up Your Street. It is not recommended to submerge wooden items in water as this will likely affect the integrity of the item. Buyers are recommended to use a cleaning method suitable for the material of the product. Products sold by Up Your Street are not designed for modification of any kind and we cannot be held liable for any situations or damage caused through improper handling, care, use or modification. 

Order Acceptance

All orders made by you through the website are subject to acceptance and availability. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason. 

Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice (although we will inform you if any such price change affects your order). Only when Up Your Street accepts your order by sending you a confirmation email that your order have been dispatched a contract will have been created between you and Up Your Street. 

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If you are an EU or UK consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receiving the product in your possession without giving a reason. In addition to the statutory right to withdraw, Up Your Street offers an additional returns period for damages and defects. See Returns Policy. 

Privacy

Up Your Street takes data handling and processing very seriously. As a minimum the relevant laws and regulations of your country shall apply to the way we handle and process your data. 

We use cookies and similar technologies to store certain types of information each time you use our site.

We will never sell or distribute your personal data for marketing reasons without prior consent. 

Your order will be sent to you in plain and discrete packaging to maintain your privacy.

Fraud Prevention

Up Your Street takes fraud very seriously and we do everything in our power to prevent fraud from occurring. If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified, details will be passed on to fraud prevention agencies. 

Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

You understand and agree that, as between you and us, any material and products found within the pages of the website, including but not limited to information, text, data, computer code, artwork, databases, graphics, images, recordings, visual clips, logos, product names and associated products are the intellectual property of Up Your Street and may not be copied, reproduced republished downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You hereby agree not to adapt, alter or create any derivative work from any of the material or products contained in this site.

Force Majeure

Up Your Street is not liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by a force majeure event. If an event occurs that affects the performance or delivery of our website or products we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you. Our obligations under a contract will be suspended and we will make mutually agreeable arrangements with you after the event is over to fulfil our original obligations. You may cancel a contract affected by an event and we will refund the price you have paid and any additional delivery charges.
